So we're more than halfway through February, and it seems the winter has flown by, although of course it's not necessarily over yet and there's time for a cold spell or two to bite and shake us. Still, it's been a wonderful and exciting winter for me, exploring new scenic areas and getting to take so many hikes and walks with my dogs. I'm looking forward to spring and the waterfall season and many more outings and seasons to come.

From the looks of it this photo could have been taken in any season, but it's actually from another beautiful winter evening on Beaver Lake.
